With over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bernie has held senior roles across private banking, fund distribution, compliance, and financial advisory. For the past 15 years, she has specialized in UK pensions, working closely with pension trustees and regulatory bodies to uphold industry best practices.

Bernie has previously held leadership positions at HSBC, Royal Bank of Canada, Standard Chartered Bank, and Ashburton Fund Managers before transitioning to the pension trustee sector. Her professional credentials include FPC, IAC, CEFA, CEMAP, and Islamic Finance, alongside an International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering from Manchester University. She is a proud member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and is currently expanding her expertise with further corporate governance qualifications.
