Robert Stott

Robert is an Associate at Titan Wealth International in Dubai with over six years of experience in real estate advisory, investment, and asset management.

Prior to joining Titan, he was part of the asset management team overseeing a £1 billion portfolio of care home assets at Aedifica NV/SA, where he led acquisitions, disposals, and capital expenditure programs that maximised income, enhanced valuations, and reduced operational costs. He achieved the full £4 million asking price on a key disposal and implemented green lease initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Earlier in his career at Knight Frank, London, he advised funds, UHNWIs, and care home operators, delivering consultancy, feasibility studies, and sourcing prime development land. He holds an MSc in Real Estate, an LPC from the University of Law, and an LLB in Law, with expertise spanning acquisitions, investment strategy, and client advisory services.
